A printing machine could easily do the job in two days; all that is needed is the stencil of the logo to be impressed on the polo shirt. Compare the time that will be consumed in individually embroidering the shirts with company logos.  Organizations would prefer printing over embroidery when time is not a luxury.
Personalized polo shirts are created for specific uses. Companies may seek a printing for their corporate affairs that would require less formal and more casual attire. Some groups would require polo shirts with logos to silently advocate for something or to be seen and identified as part of some cause oriented group. Other organizations would resort to logo polo shirt printing for the same purpose of having uniformity in the group through a visible mode of compliance and observance of membership.
